About the Role

We are now looking for a Team Manager for HSNG's evening shift in Eskilstuna. As the Team Manager for the evening shift, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring smooth operations, from receiving goods (Inbound), through picking and packing, to delivery (Outbound). Together with your Team Leaders, you will ensure that the right resources are in place, that processes are followed, and that the shift's set goals and key performance indicators are met. The role includes full personnel responsibility for the evening shift's employees, focusing on onboarding, development, and a safe working environment. You will drive improvement work according to 5S and continuously work with risk assessments and safety issues.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operational leadership: Lead and follow up on the evening shift's operations and report results.
• Personnel responsibility: Full responsibility for the evening shift's employees with a focus on onboarding, development, and performance reviews.
• Health & Rehab: Actively respond to health issues or absences and drive rehabilitation investigations and action plans together with HR.

Improvement work: Drive development according to 5S and actively work with risk assessments and safety issues for a safe working environment.

Practical Information

• Working hours: Sundays 07:00–16:00 and Monday–Thursday 14:30–23:30.
• Scope: Full-time, immediate start or according to agreement.
• Location: Eskilstuna.
